Storage Systems AMH supplies and installs a wide range of both new and used storage carousels. These systems, for both office and industrial usage, are the ideal solution for compressing storage space, using otherwise inaccessible and unused high space and in doing so reducing the floor area requirement by up to 80 per cent. Storage carousels also serve to speed up the product retrieval process and improve overall stock management.
AMH can adapt and customise storage carousels to meet customer requirements ensuring rapid payback on your investment. Should you wish to move and install a machine to a new site or location, a carousel re-location service is available.
The AMH software team has also launched a carousel software range. From simple stock location to full stock control, AMH software can maximise the benefit of any storage carousel. Fully installed and customised by AMH engineers on site, the software is capable of handling all types of stock - enabling picking by quantity, weight, tooling and even tracking expiry or calibration dates of any part. Full reporting facilities are also available, capable of delivering simple content reports or full tooling history.
In addition to offering a full design, supply and installation service, AMH can also provide customers with predictive analysis to minimise unscheduled downtime through the use of thermography. Plus it offers a true 24 hour call-out and planned response service.
