There are three main practical applications for the Galebreaker Range: External Weather Protection Rolling, sliding, folding or static screen systems are aimed at protecting and providing access to all types of buildings, factories and loading bays.
The tough fabric design offers maximum weather protection, whilst also maintaining a light and airy working environment. All Galebreaker screens and doors are self tensioning, quick to install and conducive to providing a work environment that is safer, comfortable and, more importantly, productive.
Rapid Door Systems
Rapid Door systems are a core part of Galebreaker’s sphere of operations.
Incorporating mesh or solid panels, and suiting both internal and external openings upto 6m wide x 6m high in factories, warehouses, garden centres, loading bay areas etc., they can be used to stop draughts, reduce heat loss, stop ingress of insects and birds and even work well in conjunction with a steel roller shutter door.
Designed for medium and high access usage, all Galebreaker doors meet the latest health and safety requirements, are flame retardant, have numerous activation devices and are available in a wide choice of colours. All of our products are manufactured to ISO9001 standard.
Internal Partitioning
Internal partitioning solutions are also a major part of Galebreaker’s output. Illustrated below is the Brecon Water Bottling Plant and the Danzas Logistics Transport Warehouse. Both areas require a high level of cleanliness and methods to avoid cross contamination.
Our standard Flexipart material is often used to partition different processing lines and also to separate the production department from warehousing, whilst still maintaining access.
With Galebreaker’s unique “V” joint system, a sealed partition can be manufactured to maintain dust and fumes, provide a firewall, prevent contamination and reduce hazards to operatives.
As well as our standard Flexipart material, Galebreaker can manufacture Acoustic Shields, offering sound reduction upto 30 Db at certain frequencies; and they can also manufacture firewalls, coping with Class “O” building regulations as a flexible solution.
